Meet Michelle

Michelle is a private chef with over 15 years of professional experience, specialising in seasonal, bespoke dining experiences for private clients and special events.

Trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School, she has cooked for renowned chefs and high-profile clients in London and is known for her ingredient-led approach, sustainable values, and attention to detail.

Meet Sandro

Sandro is an Italian-trained hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience across restaurants, hotels, events, and catering. He trained at IPSSAR Alberghiero di Fiuggi and began his career in Italy before spending more than two decades working in London across kitchens, front of house, pop-ups, and large-scale events.

With a strong eye for detail, Sandro brings extensive knowledge of service, event logistics, and mixology, with a particular focus on cocktail making and flavour balance. Now based in Ireland, he runs events and conferences and is co-founder of Pear & Thyme, alongside his wife Michelle.
